I made this recipe the other night and it was really YUMMY!!!! Got it from the Kraft Kitchens What's Cooking cookbook, they are great and free. If you sign up on the Kraft website they will send you this cookbook to you every couple of months, no strings...
1 pound of skinless chicken breasts cut into strips or chunks
2 tbsp taco seasoning mix
2 tbsp flour
1 red & green pepper sliced up into strips
1 cup of frozen corn
1 1/2 cups of salsa
1 cup tex mex shredded cheese
Toss all ingredients into the slow cooker and mix together except the cheese. Cook on low for 6-8 hrs or high for 3-4. Just before serving top with cheese and I served it on rice. ENJOY!!!
