I actually found a recipe for Gingerbread Muffins!  These are sooo good and here is recipe incase anyone wants to try them out...

1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup molasses
1/3 cup of milk
1/3 cup of vegetable oil ( I used applesauce )
1 egg
2 cups of flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp all spice

Heat oven to 400 F, grease a 12 regular size muffin tin or use liners.  In large bowl beat brown sugar, molasses, milk, oil, & egg.  Stir in remaining ingredients until flour is moistened. Divide evenly into muffin cups.  Bake 18-20 mins or until toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from pan to wire rack to cool.
You could also after they have cooled, dip the tops of the muffins in melted butter and then into a cinnamon sugar mix, I didn't but sounds delish :)

Thanks to the Betty Crocker Christmas Cookbook for this one!

MY KINGS...

This has recently become one of the favorite things do... Nothing says a whole lotta fun more then all the couch cushions stacked as high as they will go and perching yourself on top!

HALLOWEEN 2013...

Well Captain America and Spider-Man were out in full force last night!!!  Trick or treating their little hearts out.  I think the boys enjoyed handing out the candy more then being out receiving it.  When our last few trick or treaters arrived, Declan would greet them with " Hello trick or treaters!" We hope that everyone had a great Halloween :)
