Declan is 16 months old today and finally taking the majority of his steps on his own, not that I was rushing him, but @ 28lbs he is becoming quite the package to be lugging around ;) He cheers everytime he makes it to a piece of furniture and throws his hands up in the air, so funny and cute that he is so proud of himself.
