We decided about 3 weeks ago to take the front rail off of Declan's crib as he is just too big to be lifting in and out of his crib. Since he has freedom now, this is how he winds down at night before crashing on the floor rather then in his bed :)

Found the box of Crispix and well you know the rest...

Graduating to the table, seems to be going well, he likes being right up at the table with everyone.
